The iPIM system features an AI assistant called “Nomi”, who answers users’ questions about iPIM functions. The AI assistant is housed in a chat widget, which can be accessed via a button in the header bar.
The ‘ipim.apps.toolbox.ai’ permission is required to use the chat widget.
In order to use the chat widget, proceed as follows:
- Click on the
button in the header to expand the chat widget.
- Ask a question:
- Enter the question in the text field

to submit the question.
- Enter the question in the text field
- Possibly ask further questions.
- In order to hide the chat widget, click on the

The widget is collapsed but it stays active in the background and can be expanded again at any time. - In order to close the chat widget, click on the
