Display of attribute values

Using the example of a dimension attribute for filtering and selecting product variants and items, this chapter explains how to control the order of display for attribute values in order to override the alphanumeric order of cloth sizing values so that the alphanumeric order “2XL, L, M, XL” is turned into the order “M, L, XL, 2XL”:

  1. Go to the attribute configuration in iPIM CC and call up the “Values” tab.
  1. From the menu in the uppermost card, select the respective attribute (in this example “size [erpSizeKey]”).
  1. For the first size value, double-click in the table cell of the “Order” column and enter a number value for it’s rank within the order.
  2. Enter number values for all the other size values to determine their rank within the order of size values.
  3. Click on the SAVE button to save your input.
  1. Carry out an iSHOP export. Following this, the order of size values is adjusted accordingly.

In this example, image files were uploaded for the individal values of the attribute. In the variation selector on a product detail page in the iSHOP-Storefront, the images serve as icons that represent the various options.
