Product reviews (iSHOP)

Leave ratings

In the iSHOP storefront, logged-in users can leave product reviews for a called up product.

1. Choose a star rating .
2. Enter a name in the “Name” field .
3. Enter a short review in the “Summary” field .
4. Enter a review text in the “Your review” field .
5. Click on the Submit review button  to trigger the transfer of the product review.   Once the product review was transfered, it can be called up in the “Product reviews” app of iPIM.

Approve product reviews

Product reviews can be called up and approved in the “Product reviews” of iPIM so that in the iSHOP storefront they are shown for the respective product which is shown in this section using an example.

1. From the “Search mode” menu , select the option “Single search”.
2. Enter the product number of the product in the “Product-/Item number” field .
3. Click on the SEARCH button to carry out the search.   Once the search was carried out, the product reviews that exist for the product are shown in the table.
4. In the table row of the product review to be approved, tick the checkbox .
5. Click on the APPROVE button to approve the selected product review.   In the table row of the product review, a YES chip is shown in the “Approval” column . And after the next iSHOP export, the approved product review is shown in the iSHOP storefront.

View product reviews

In order to view a product review, proceed as follows:

1. Go to the iSHOP Storefront.
2. Call up the respective product.
3. Scroll down to the lower part of the page.

• Via the “Stars” menu you can filter the product reviews by their number of stars. In order to show the reviews with a particular number of stars, select the number from the menu.
• Via the “Sorty by” menu you can sort the product reviews by certain criteria. To do so, select the appropriate option from the menu:
  • Most helpful reviews: Sorts the reviews by their helpfulness with the most helpful reviews being at the top.
  • Top reviews: Sorts the reviews by their number of stars with the reviews possessing the most stars being at the top.
  • Most recent: Sorts the reviews by their creation date with the most recent reviews being at the top.
• Via the    button and the button you can rate product reviews as helpful or not helpful. To do so, click on the appropriate button.

If there are no product reviews available in the active language, you can show product reviews from other languages:

• In order to show product reviews from other languages, click on “ Display customer reviews from other languages”.
