Create worklists and add products

Worklists are tools for grouping products. For example, they can be used to group products for which a particular product data maintenance still needs to be done. Learn more

Using an example, this chapter explains how to create a static worklist that is publicly accessible for any user. In a second step, a group of products is added to the worklist. The group of products in turn is called up via the “Search” app.

Create the worklist

In this step, a worklist with the name “Toasters” is created:

  1. Go to the “Worklists” app.
  1. Click on the Add button in the left card to call up the corresponding dialog box.
  1. If not already set, select the option “Worklist” from the upper most menu.
  2. Enter the name for the worklist in the “Name” field.
  3. From the directory structure, select the folder in which the worklist is to be stored (in this case “Testordner 1”). To do so, click on the folder. Possibly use the text search to filter the list of folders by a search term.
  4. Tick the “Public worklist” checkbox to specify that the worklist is accessible for any user (first introduced in version 5.5.0).
  5. Click on the CREATE button to finalise the worklist creation. If the process was successful, a corresponding message will appear.

The worklist is now created.
