Dashboard (Analytics)

The dashboard defines which data is to be analysed. With this configuration, a data query can then be started. The data shown is formatted visually and presented in clear display and selection windows.In addition, a new iPIM worklist can be created directly with the result per action. From the Admin page, the dashboard can be customised to your individual requirements.

In the top right corner, each window has an action menu with actions:

• Inspect: Provides the exact numbers for the visual representations and enables downloading of the respective datasets as Formatted CSV or Raw CSV.
• Customize time range: Provides the option to modify the time frame for the data display.
• Full screen: Maximises the respective window.

Displays

The following display windows simplify the analysis for you:

• Products: Shows you the number of selected products.
• Items: Shows you the number of items to choose from.
• Digital assets per product (divided into images and assets)

When you start iPIM Analytics, all products and items from the desired period are displayed.

To make a selection for reporting, use the selection fields.

Selection fields

In the following window, you can analyse the dataset depending on your selection:

• Time period
• Product status: Editorial data
• Product status: Images
• Product status: Quality check
• Product status: Saleability
• Category overview: Number of products
• Distribution: Number of image products
• Distribution: Number of images for product/item

Below the menu bar, function selection fields generate an analysis selection.

Restrict time period

• Select a time period or time for which the product data quality is determined. 

Select product status

1. Display the legend by clicking the button.
2. Click a status color in the chart.
   An analysis selection with function field is generated.
   The display fields show the number of digital assets per product for the status.
   The status color in the diagram switches to the selection(green in the example).

Cancel product status selection

1. Move the cursor to the function field of the analysis selection.
   The function field changes the display.
2. Click the “Clear item selection” button.
   The status selection is cancelled.

Choose category

1. Display the legend by clicking the button.
2. Find the desired category in the legend by pointing the cursor at the category.
   The diagram highlights the category by fading to the other category.
3. Move the cursor out of the diagram.
   A tooltip shows you whether you are in the desired category.
4. To select the category, click the category in the chart.
   An analysis selection with function field is generated.
5. Click on “Apply now”.
   The category is selected.
   The display fields show the number of digital assets per product for the status.
   The status color in the diagram switches to the selection(green in the example).

Actions

Create an iPIM worklist

1. Use the selection fields to make an analysis selection (e.g. period, category or product status).
2. Click on “Create iPIM worklist” to call up the corresponding dialog box.
3. Enter a worklist name, a description and a folder name.
4. Click on “Start export”.
   The worklist is created in iPIM Portal. It can be accessed for editing in the “Worklists” app.

Product list

In the product list, all products in the current selection are listed by selection fields.

Mark products and export to iPIM

Proceed as follows to list individual products from the product list in iPIM:

• Click the product number in the product list.
  The product is added to the pinboard in iPIM.
