Clients

Clients are a part of the granular authorisation concept of the iPIM system. Via clients you can establish independant access areas with view and edit rights for selected primary, secondary and archive taxonomies. Hereby clients and users are related via roles and rights. The client concept also extends to the option to create context levels which allow the user to maintain product data on different data levels. All this facilitates a distinct control of product data management by different business units such as sub-companies, brands or product families.
