Reports are an important tool to check the quality of product data. They are based on SQL database queries. For example, you can create queries that retrieve products which lack images, texts, items ot other product data. In this way, you have an overview of where data maintenance is required. Depending on the configuration, reports are executed automatically or manually. The report results can be viewed and downloaded in the “Reports” app of iPIM Portal. Furthermore, you can configure that report results are sent to particular recipients via e-mail. And you can specify that the products which were captured by a report execution are automatically added to a worklist or that they are sent to a workbox.
