“Output” tab

In the “Output” tab you have different setting options regarding the output and sharing of report results. For example, you can configure that report results are sent to particular recipients via e-mail. And you can specify that the products which were captured by a report execution are automatically added to a worklist or that they are sent to a workbox.

Workbox

Using the appropriate settings in the “Workbox” card, it is possible to specify that the products captured by a report execution are sent to a specific workbox in order to assign open tasks to the respective products. To do so, proceed as follows:

  1. From the “Workbox” menu, select a workbox task.
  2. From the “Next workflow step” menu, select the workflow step that is executed when the workbox task is finished (e. g. set the corresponding status traffic light).
  3. From the “Mode” menu, select a mode:
    • Add: The selected workbox task is assigned to the products captured by the report execution, even if the respective task is already assigned to the products. The task is then assigned twice.
    • New: The selected workbox task is assigned to the products captured by the report execution. If the respective task is already assigned to the products, the formerly assigned tasks will be replaced.
  4. Possibly enter multilingual messages for the respective editor of the workbox task in the individual input fields for the different languages.
  1. Click on the SAVE button to save your settings. If the process was successful, a corresponding message will appear. The dispatch of products to the selected workbox is now set up.

Transfer profile

Via the appropriate settings in the “Transfer profile” card you can specify which data transfer profile is used to transfer the report result file. To do so, proceed as follows:

  1. Enter a file name in the input field “File name”.
  2. From the “File transfer profile” menu, select the desired data transfer profile.
  3. Enter a date format in the input field “Date format”; for example yyyy-MM-dd which results in a date format such as 2024-01-05.
  4. Click on the SAVE button to save your settings. If the process was successful, a corresponding message will appear. The transfer profile for the dispatch of the report result file is now set up.
In order to have current date/time stamps included in the file name of the report file, you need to include the variable “{0}” in the file name; e.g. “randomfilename{0}.xlsx” for an report file name such as “randomfilename2024-02-05”.

  1. Select the folder the worklist is located in.
    1. Click on the three dots across button in the “Folder” field to call up the corresponding dialog box.
    2. Choose the folder from the directory structure.
    3. Click on the folder to select it.
    4. Click on the ACCEPT button to confirm your selection. Following this, the dialog box closes.
  1. Enter the name of the worklist in the input field “Worklist”.
  2. From the “Mode” menu, select a mode:
    • Add: The products captured by the execution of the report are added to the products which are already included in the selected worklist.
    • New: The products captured by the execution of the report replace the products which are already included in the worklist.
  1. Possibly enter a comment in the input field “Comment”.
  2. Click on the SAVE button to save your settings. If the process was successful, a corresponding message will appear. The products captured by the execution of the report will now be added to the selected worklist.
Note
If you enter a non-existing worklist name in the input field “Worklist”, a new worklist with the entered name will be created.
