iPIM theme

Here you can set the color theme of the user interface. 

• In order to set a mode, select it from the “iPIM theme” menu. Once you have made your selection, the color theme of the user interface changes accordingly.

Currently, only the “novomind contrast” theme is available.

Unlock users

Administrators who possess the appropriate authorizations are able to unlock all user accounts that are currently locked due to multiple incorrect entries of the user password:

• In order to unlock all the locked users, click on the EXECUTE button.

Synchronisation

In this card you can trigger the master data synchronisation in order to update the master data in the iPIM Portal so that the master data in the iPIM Portal is updated according to changes to the master data in other modules. For this purpose, data is retrieved from the iPIM Server where the master data is managed centrally. For example, n the process of the synchronisation, attributes or text types newly created in iPIM CC are retrieved to make them available in the iPIM Portal.

• In order to initiate the master data synchronization, click on the START SYNCHRONIZATION button. While the process is running, a progress indicator is pulsing in the upper area of the page and the button is disabled. Once the synchronization is complete, a corresponding message appears and the button is enabled again.

The master data synchronisation only affects the master data in the module where the synchronisation is executed.

Toolbox administration

In this card you can set the padding of the tables cells in the iPIM Portal:

• In order to set a small padding, click on the “COMPACT” button.
• In order to set a medium padding, click on the “NORMAL” button.
• In order to set a wide padding, click on the “WIDE” button.

The default setting is “NORMAL”.
