In the “KPIs” tab, you can see the product status and the performance of the selected product in the connected sales channels. There are two sub-tabs for shops that are run with the iSHOP system and for other marketplaces connected via iMARKET.
iSHOP
The “iSHOP” tab has three tiles and a table. The tiles show a quick overview of the number of product views, the number of product sales and the resulting conversion rate achieved in the selected iSHOP. Table provides more detailed data, whereas it show overall data for the selected iSHOP version as well as data for its individual instances. Instances can be country-specific webshops that are run in different languages such as a Swiss webshop that is run in German, French, Italian and English. The naming pattern for instances follows the so-called multi-channel-selector (MCS). The MCS is composed according to the principle “brand_channel_country_currency_language”, for example “shopname_web_de_eur_de” for a German webshop that is run in the language German and the currency Euro.
- In order to view the data for a specific iSHOP version or one of its instances, select it from the “iSHOP Version” menu.
- In order to view the data for a specific period, select it from the “Period” menu.
- In order to deactivate the product in the selected iSHOP version or one of its instances, click on the “Deactivate in the shop” icon (
) button. Using this button you can deativate the respective product in your online shop directly which might come in handy, for example, if it comes to your attention that the sales price quoted is below the purchase price. - In order to call up the product in the selected iSHOP version or one of its instances, click on the “Open in shop” icon (

iMARKET
In the “iMARKET” tab, you can see information on the current and most recent processes and their status for the various marketplaces.
- In order to call up process information for a specific Marketplace, click on the Marketplace in the table. The respective process information is then shown on the right-hand side.
- In order to update the displayed data, click on the button.
