A worklist is a list of products. Worklists are a crucial part of many everyday workflows. Among other things they indicate to the user, for which products or articles there are tasks yet to be finished. For example, a worklist shows if there product reviews to be edited/released, or if digital assets still need to be added.
Learn moreThere are two kinds of worklists which are static and dynamic worklists. A static worklist is a specified group of products which can be assigned to the worklist manually. Dynamic worklists are based on the results of a search for certain search parameters which are stored in a search favorite. You can access a particular worklist via the app of the same name. Furthermore, you can add particular worklists to the “My tasks” card of the Dashboard, so that you can access them diretly from there.
