Product list (Worklist)

Data can be stored on various data levels such as the product, variant or item level, the locale, or the context level. Via the different menus you can switch between these levels. Additionally, there are various options to filter the data which is shown in a table or to adjust the way the data is displayed. Click here to learn more about this. Keep in mind that the options regarding the filtering and the display of data depend on the respective environment.

Refresh a worklist

You can refresh the selected worklist. This is especially relevant for dynamic worklists as they are based on the results of a search for certain search parameters which are stored in a search favorite. The content of a dynamic worklist can change. For example, this happens when parameters of products change so that they aren’t anymore found by the search favorite which the dynamic worklist is based on. Nonetheless, refreshing worklists can also be applied to static worklists to refresh the displayed attribute values.

• In order to refresh the selected worklist, click on the REFRESH button in the footer. If the process was succesful, a corresponding message will appear.

In case of a dynamic worklist, the list of products in the worklist might change. Products which are not longer found by the corresponding search favorite will no longer be part of the worklist, whereas products whose product data have changed in a way that they are now found by the search favorite, will now be part of the worklist. Furthermore, attribute values which changed in the meantime will also be refreshed.

Remove products from a worklist

In order to remove a product from a worklist, proceed as follows:

1. In the table, tick the product. You can also tick multiple products.
2. Click on the REMOVE button in the footer. Following this, the CLICK TO CONFIRM button will appear.
3. Click on the CLICK TO CONFIRM button to confirm the removing of the product. If the process was successful, a corresponding message will appear and the product will vanish from the worklist.

If you want to remove a single product from a worklist, you can also use thebutton in the “Actions” column of the product table.

Copy products and insert them into another worklist

You can copy a product to a clipboard and insert it into another worklist. To do so, proceed as follows:

1. In the table, tick the product. You can also tick multiple products.
2. Click on the COPY button in the footer.
3. In the worklist directory, search for the target worklist and click on it.
4. Click on the INSERT button in the footer to insert the product into the target worklist. If the process was succcessful, a corresponding message will appear and the product will appear in the target worklist.

Cut products from a worklist and insert them into another worklist

You can cut a product from a worklist and insert it into another worklist. To do so, proceed as follows:

1. In the table, tick the product. You can also tick multiple products.
2. Click on the CUT button in the footer.
3. In the worklist directory, search for the target worklist and click on it.
4. Click on the INSERT button in the footer to insert the product into the target worklist. If the process was succcessful, a corresponding message will appear and the product will appear in the target worklist.

2. Optional: Enter a search term in the search field to filter the list of attributes by a search term.
3. Select an attribute. You can also select multiple attributes:
   • To select an attribute, transfer it from the left column to the right column . To do so, click on the attribute .
   • To deselect an attribute, transfer it from the right column back to the left column. To do this, click on the attribute.

• To finalise the attribute selection, click on the ACCEPT button .
  The dialog box closes and the selected attribute resp. the selected attributes are shown in the table.
• To cancel the attribute selection, click on the CANCEL button .

• In some sections, the button for calling up the dialog box possesses the button. Via this button you can call up attribute profiles with a pre-selected group of attributes directly. Click here to learn more.
• Using the icon and the icon you can transfer all the attributes from one column to the other column at once.

Use the actions buttons

Each table row contains the multiple action buttons:

• In order to remove a product from the selected worklist, click on the button in the corresponding table row. Following this the button appears. Click on the  button to confirm the removal of the product. If the process was successful, a corresponding message will appear and the product vanishes from the worklist.

Depending on the configuration the property ipim.web.show.actions.in.table.column, the action buttons are either shown constantly in a dedicated table column or they are shown as a mouseover menu bar

• In order to set the number of table entries shown on an individual page, select the corresponding option from the menu.
• In order to get to the first page of a multi-page product list, click on thebutton.
• In order to get to the previous page of a multi-page product list, click on thebutton.
• In order to get to the next page of a multi-page product list, click on thebutton.
• In order to get to the last page of a multi-page product list, click on the button.

The page navigation is not available unless the property ipim.portal.apps.app.ipim-toolbox-worklist-app.use-paging-mode is set to the value “true”.
