Action menus belong to the tool palette. They occur at different places of the iPIM system. The action menus is situated behind the 
button in the footer. By clicking on the button, the action menu expands. The composition of the action menu depends on the respective context. Thus, in the various apps and modules, the user has different actions at his disposal. Some actions might be grayed out. This could mean that a certain condition has to be fulfilled to use a particular action. For example, this could be that a checkmark has to be set.
