Worklist

Using the actions “Add product to worklist”, “Add selection to worklist” and “Add to active worklist” you can add a product to a given worklist. It depends on the respective environment which of the actions is available.

Add selection to worklist

Using this action you can add selected products to a worklist. In order to do yo, proceed as follows:

  1. In the respective table, tick the product that you want to add to a specific worklist. You can also tick multiple products.
  1. Click on thethree-dotbutton in the footer to access the action menu.
  2. Move the mouse cursor over the option “Worklists” to show the corresponding submenu.
  3. Click on the option “Add selection to worklist”, to call up the corresponding dialog box.
  1. In the worklist directory, click on the worklist to select it. Or create a new worklist by clicking on the add button. Click here to learn more about this.
  • In order to finish the process, click on the ACCEPT button. chevron to the right A success message is shown. The selected product is now part of the selected worklist.
  • In order to cancel the process, click on the CANCEL button.
Note
Only products can be added to a worklist. Although you can select single variants or items and apply this action to them, their superordinate product is added to the selected worklist.

Add product to worklist

Using this action you can add an avtive product to a worklist. For example, this action works for products that are called up in the “Product details” app. In order to use this action, proceed as follows:

  1. Click on thethree-dotbutton in the footer to access the action menu.
  2. Move the mouse cursor over the option “Worklists”, to show the corresponding submenu.
  3. Click on the option “Add product to worklist”, to call up the corresponding dialog box.
  4. In the worklist directory, click on the worklist to select it. Or create a new worklist by clicking on the add button. Click here to learn more about this.

In some apps such as the “Search” app, this action can be used to add all the products ticked in the respective table to a selected worklist.

Add to active worklist

Since 5.4.1: Using this action you can add selected products to the worklist which was called up most recently. In order to do so, proceed as follows:

  1. In the respective table, tick the product that you want to add to a specific worklist. You can also tick multiple products.
  2. Click on thethree-dotbutton in the footer to access the action menu.
  3. Move the mouse cursor over the option “Worklists” to show the corresponding submenu.
  4. Click on the option “Add to active worklist”. If the process was successful, a corresponding message will appear. The selected product is now part of the worklist.

FAQ

Can individual variants or items be added to a worklist?

Only products can be added to worklists. While it is possible to select individual variants and items and apply the action to them, the associated product is added to the selected worklist.
