Column header tools
Using the column header tools you can filter the selection of shown list entries based on particular properties or you can change their sorting:
- In order to filter the list entries by a particular property such as a catalog or item name, enter an appropriate search term in the search field in the respective column header. While you enter the search term, the list entries narrow down to those which correspond to the search term.
- In order to sort the list entries in an ascending order according to a particular property, click on the
button in the respective column header. - In order to switch from an ascending order to a descending order, click on the
button.
Some column headers offer a menu instead of an input field.
Page navigation and settings
Using the corresponding tools you can set the number of list entries shown on an individual page. And you can navigate between the pages of a multi-page item list:
- In order to set the number of list entries shown on an individual page, select the desired number from the menu in the footer.
- In order to go to the first page of a multi-page list, click on the
button in the footer. - In order to go to the previous page of a multi-page list, click on the
button in the footer. - In order to go to the next page of a multi-page list, click on the
button in the footer. - In order to go to the last page of a multi-page list, click on the
button in the footer.
