The Golden Record catalog is the catalog type for compiled catalogs in which item data of multi-supplier articles from different source catalogs is merged. In a four-step process the article data from different source catalogs are brought together via an aggregation process. The second step is the priorisation. Here, it is specified for each attribute from which of the different source catalogs the item data is taken. In this way, you can achieve a higher data quality by taking the “best-possible” supplier data for each attribute. Finally, the article data is approved again and synchronised with the corresponding article datasets in iPIM.

- In order to be able to access iPIM Supply, a user needs to be related to at least one supplier.
- In order to make newly added rights effective for users outside of the regular synchronisation, you must carry out a master data synchronisation for users and roles. This can be done in the “Schedules” tab.
- The identifier of rights are not shown correctly here as hyphens are shown as half square dashs. In order to search for a particular right in iPIM CC, copy the key to the clipboard and search for the key.
