The “Item list” tab of a catalog features a list of all the iPIM Supply items which are contained in the catalog. For each item, the table shows certain attributes such as the iPIM Supply item number or the iPIM Supply item name. The selection of attributes is partly configurable. Apart from that, you can see the status traffic lights for each of the catalog process steps. The colors of the status traffic lights indicate for each item wether the individual steps were successful.
Customize the display of the item list
There are the following options to customize the display of items in the item list:
- In order sort the item list in an ascending order based on a specific attribute, click the
button in the respective column header. - In order to switch from an ascending order to a descending order, click on the
button in the respective column header. - In order to switch from a descending order back to an ascending order, click on the
button in the respective column header. - In order to replace one of the included attribute by another one, click on the
button to call up the corresponding dialog box. Select the new attribute from the drop-down menu and click on the 
button. Following this, the dialog box closes and the selected attribute is included in the table. - In order to filter the list of shown items by a specific attribute value, click on the
button in the specific column header. Enter a search term in the now appearing input field. While you enter the search term, the list of items narrows down to those which correspond to the entered term. - In order to set the number of items displayed on a single page, select a number from the “Show x entries” menu.
- In order to call up a specific page in a multi-page item list, enter a page number in the corresponding input field.
- In order to get to the first page in a multi-page item list, click on the “First” button.
- In order to get to the previous page in a multi-page item list, click on the “Previous” button.
- In order to get to the next page in a multi-page item list, click on the “Next” button.
- In order to get to the last page in a multi-page item list, click on the “Last” button.
Call up items
You can call up individual items to view an overview of the item details:
- In the table row of the respective item, click on the iPIM Supply item number. Then you will be directed to the item overview of this particular item.
Export item list
In order to export the item list, proceed as follows:
- From the corresponding menu, select an attribute set (e. g. “Item data export (small)”).
- From the corresponding menu, select an export format (.xslx or .csv).
- Click on the
button to carry out the export. The export file can usually be found in your local “Download” folder.
