Depending on where you are, you have different options to sort or filter the shown data entries.
Column header tools
Using the column header tools you can filter the selection of shown data entries based on particular properties or you can change their sorting:
- To sort the list of data entries in an ascending order based on a specific attribute, click the
button in the respective column header. - In order to switch from an ascending order to a descending order, click on the
button in the respective column header. - In order to switch from a descending order back to an ascending order, click on the
button in the respective column header. - In order to filter the list of shown data entries by a specific property, click on the
button in the specific column header. Enter a search term in the now appearing input field. While you enter the search term, the list of items narrows down to those which correspond to the entered term.
Page navigation and settings
Using the corresponding tools you can set the number of data entries shown on an individual page. And you can navigate between the pages of a multi-page item list:
- In order to set the number of data entries displayed on a single page, select the desired number from the “Show x entries” menu.
- In order to call up a specific page in a multi-page item list, enter the appropriate page number in the corresponding input field.
- In order to get to the first page in a multi-page item list, click on the “First” button.
- In order to get to the previous page in a multi-page item list, click on the “Previous” button.
- In order to get to the next page in a multi-page item list, click on the “Next” button.
- In order to get to the last page in a multi-page item list, click on the “Last” button.
