In this tab, iPIM Supply items can be called up across all catalogs using a specific search term.
Search for items
Using the search function in the header you can search for particular items. For example, you can search for a single item using exact search terms such as a specific item number. Or you can combine partial search terms with a particular operator in order to capture multiple items with similar properties by the search.
For example, in order to carry out a wildcard search for a partial item number, proceed as follows:
- From the menu in the header, select the option “Items”.
- Enter the partial item number in the search field and add the operator “*” so that the search captures all the items which contain the search term.
- Click on the
button to trigger the search. Following this, all the items which were captured by the search are shown in the table.
Using the corresponding tools you can filter the list items by a search term or you can manipulate their order. And in case of a multi-page list, you can navigate between the pages. Click here to learn more about this.
Call up items in the single item overview
You can call up individual items to view an overview of the item details:
- In the table row of the respective item, click on the iPIM Supply item number. Then you will be directed to the item overview of this particular item.
